IFRS 16 notifications

Notifications for IFRS 16 leases use the same notification dates as the dashboard on the frontpage does. These are not located in the Power Automate Notifications section, instead they are located where they fit in as part of the lease registration view.

However, a primary responsible in the Power Automate Notifications section is still necessary if any notifications are to be sent.

Register an option notification

In the Information about lease liability section, you can set the Option notification date. If set, an option notification will be sent to the primary responsible on this date.

Register a termination notification

In the Termination, purchase rights and guarantees section, you can set the Notification date for termination. If set, a termination notification will be sent to the primary responsible on this date.

Register a purchase notification

In the Termination, purchase rights and guarantees section, you can set the Notification date for purchase option. If set, a purchase notification will be sent to the primary responsible on this date.

Register an index regulation notification

In the Subsequent measurement of lease liability section, you can set the Date of next lease adjustment. If set, an index regulation notification will be sent to the primary responsible on this date.

Register an expiry notification

Expiry notifications work a bit differently from the other types. It is related to the Lease payments field in the Information about lease liability section. An expiry notification is sent 30 days before the end date of the latest used period. In the example below, the second period is the latest used period, and thus 31. Dec 2023 is the effective end date for this lease. Therefore, an expiry notification for this lease will be sent to the primary responsible on 01. Dec 2023.
