14.2 Edit page
In the Edit page you are allowed to make your own changes to the template so that it contains the data which you want to include in your import.
Before you import the files into the chosen library, you customize the view by adding data. Adding column data is done by clicking the button next to the column names. After clicking on the symbol, you will be able to see the kind of data that can be added to the particular column. Depending on the columns, you can add three different types of data, which are Metadata, Text, and Number. There is a dropdown menu for Metadata containing all the data in the report that you wish to upload, whereas Text and Number can be entered manually, as they are free text.
You will be informed on the edit page what fields are necessary to contain data and which ones are recommend to have but not required. As you can see from the picture below, the columns are colored red and yellow, with red indicating that data must be in this column, and yellow indicating that it is recommended to include data in this column but not required.
Discount rates are always imported with 0 in value. The discount rate have to be changed each time that you import a new report.
