14.3 Summary page

In the Summary page, you can see a summary of all the cars you are about to import. A list of new and updated cars will be provided on this page, along with a list of those that will not be included in the calculation file.

Leases can be classified into five categories: Errors, Ignored, Missing, Updated, and New

An error occurs when a lease contains data that would make it impossible to calculate. When you review the summary page, you will see which fields are causing the error and needs to be corrected.

The picture above shows us how it will look like once you get errors. To get further information regarding this error, hold the mouse over the symbol. This errors spescify that “Operationell leasing” is missing from the Company metadata. To resolve this error you have to go into Settings, Metadata, and add ““Operationall Leasing”” to the Company metadata section. To get further information on how to add new Metadata go to Chapter 4.4.3.

When no changes have been detected for an existing lease, the lease will be marked as ignored.

Payments for these leases will be included in the calculation, but will stay the same as in the previous month. The leases that are no longer included in the new report are marked as missing.

Leases with changes in their payments are known as updated. To see what has changed you can click on the button.

Leases that were not included in the previous report will be marked as new.

Once you are happy with how everything looks then you are ready to import, click on the button to import the files to your chosen library.
