3.3 Send survey

Sending surveys to your suppliers is one way to collect information in relation to the Transparency Act. This can be done from the Suppliers page. Simply select the suppliers you want to send a survey to and click Send Survey.

If the Send Survey button does not appear when you select a supplier, try to unselect or select a new supplier. The button should then appear when you change the selection.

When you click the button, a menu will appear with information about the suppliers you are about to send a survey to as well as some options. If the selected suppliers are missing a primary contact with an e-mail address, you will receive an error about this. You can select which survey template you want to send. If you use Customer Voice, you can select which e-mail template to use as well. When selected, you simply click Send to send the survey to every supplier.
