This user guide focuses on ShareControl Contract. By utilizing the user manual, you have a good starting point for ShareControl Contract. The user guide is updated regularly and will always be available in an updated version when using the web version.

ShareControl Contract is based on the SharePoint platform. All your documents are stored in SharePoint and the app makes the content easily accessible to you. In addition to registering and managing contracts, ShareControl Contract helps you keep track of the company’s contractual obligations and regulation dates, expiration of warranty agreements, etc. The overview can be viewed in Excel, and you can easily calculate future contractual obligations in accordance with NRS and IFRS. By purchasing the additional module, IFRS 16, the present value of the contracts will be calculated and IFRS 16 can be fulfilled. This additional module can also be used for financial leasing agreements.

You also get access to a Knowledge Portal, adapted to different types of contracts, developed by us in cooperation with the law firm, DLA Piper. On the front page, you get an overview of all regulations and templates.
