4.11 Copy file to another folder

By using the Save as function in Word, Excel, PP, etc. a file can be saved in another folder (Only an existing folder). This requires that you know where the folder you are going to save to is located. Open the file in Share Control, press Save as and select the folder in which the file is to be stored.

If you have difficulty orienting yourself in the folder structure in SharePoint, you can store your document, for example under My Documents, open the folder you are going to move it to and upload from there, using the Upload function.
