6.1 Regulation date

Contracts expire, and the overview of the regulation dates gives the company the opportunity to start negotiations well in advance of the contract’s expiration date.

6.1.1 Overview of regulation date

In Frontpage, you can see a display of contracts within the selected interval for regulation dates. In the contract, you’ll be able to choose the notification time above the overview on the front page.

You can choose between several time references when it comes to how many days are left before the adjustment date. All contracts that have reached the limit set by you, are marked in yellow and will remain as such until you change it. Expired contracts are not displayed.

6.1.2 Changing regulation date

When the regulation date has expired, it must be updated or deleted, if there are no more adjustment times (For example, when a warranty period has expired). This can either be done in contract libraries or by clicking on the relevant contract. You can then proceed to enter directly into the setup where you can change the adjustment time. If a contract is locked for editing, only the site owner can change the regulation date.

Hint: By clicking the day and month in top of the date field, you can quickly set the date, for example, at a year in advance.

6.1.3 Calendar

The Calendar functionality gives you an overview of all regulation dates for contracts going forward. By pressing image you make the calendar bigger. The calendar can also be synchronized with your Outlook calendar in Microsoft 365 by pressing image and following the instructions.
