5.2 Assigning tasks

To assign a task, navigate to a library and find the folder you want to add a task to.

Use the cogwheel on the folder and select Create task. You can also tap the suitcase icon image directly to create a task.


You will then access the following window, as illustrated below, where you can fill in the task information.

Write the title of a task on the first line. Assign it to a person by entering an email address. Set a due date and describe the task. The task will appear on the front line for both you and the people you assign tasks to.
