2. Introduction to your ShareControl’s Page

In Microsoft 365’s default setup, the menu is at the top. ShareControl Contract’s top menu has buttons for going up a level, viewing Trash, App Settings, Tasks, Bulk Adjustments and Recent Documents. The Share button and Search field are displayed on the right side.

The libraries are displayed on the left under the logo. There you can navigate between the front page and the various libraries.

In the Lookup in the right corner you’ll find the calendar, which shows dates for contract renewal and useful links, as well as the User Manual page, which consists of user guides and videos to help you get started with ShareControl. Below these, you have links to the Knowledge Portal, which includes various relevant websites.

Below the Knowledge Portal, there are links to official reference works, such as Altinn, Ministry of Finance, Financial Market Authority, etc. ShareControl uses only official websites, which are required to keep their information up to date.

ShareControl is responsible for having relevant website links in the Knowledge Portal. ShareControl is not responsible for the Knowledge Portal containing all relevant information. ShareControl is also not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained on the websites or whether they have been updated. Reference is made here to the publisher (responsible) of each individual website.
