3. Settings

ShareControl can be customized to the company’s needs and purpose of use via Settings. You must be an administrator to access Settings.

Tap Settings in the top menu to navigate to the following page:

You will see tabs for Landing page, Library, Metadata, Calendar and guidelines, Properties and Support and Synchronization. In Support, you can view your license key, change the company name and get support information. Synchronization allows you to sync libraries with your computer through OneDrive and Power Automate Notifications.
